POONCH: Senior Volleyball Coach and Manager Sports Stadium, Poonch, Bashir Ahmed today visited training facility of Shaheed DySP Manjit Singh Memorial Volleyball Club, here.
He interacted with budding players of Shaheed DySP Manjit Club and imparted tips to the players. Bashir Ahmed appreciated the role of Shaheed Manjit Volleyball Club, especially its chairman, Mohd Tariq in shaping the future of budding spikers from the far off places of district Poonch.
The visiting guest asked trainees to follow the footsteps of Saqlain Tariq, who has become first skipper from J&K to become international player and played for professional clubs of the country.
Later, Mohd Tariq expressed thanks to Bashir Ahmed for encouraging the trainees and their coaches.
