UDHAMPUR: A man was held for illicit distillation in Bastangarh area on Friday.
As per details, Basantgarh Police, acting on a tip-off, raided a suspected location and held a man with 6 litres Desi liquor and 130 litres Lahan, which were destroyed on the spot. The accused, identified as Swaran Singh, son of Amar Nath, resident of Aprola Balota, was arrested on the spot and a case under relevant Sections of law was registered against him.
