JAMMU: In a Full Court meeting held at Srinagar under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanathakumar on Monday, 24 District and Sessions Judges were transferred.
According to order issued by Registrar General M K Hanjura, Ashok Kumar Koul, presently posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court; Jawad Ahmed Principal District and Sessions Judge Anantnag as Registrar Juridical J&K High Court Srinagar Wing; Varinder Singh Bhau Additional District and Sessions Judge Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial J&K High Court Jammu Wing.
Vinod Kumar Chatterji Koul, Special Judge Anticorruption CBI cases Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua.
Sanjay Dhar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption CBI cases Jammu.
Puneet Gupta presently posted as Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court has been transferred and posted as Chairman J&K Sales Tax Tribunal, the vacant post after the retirement of Kaneez Fatima.
