UDHAMPUR: State President Lok Vikas Dal (LVD) Vikram Singh Slathia held a meeting in Udhampur in which Dal welcomed the decision being taken by the Central Govt. especially Minister in PMO Dr Jitendra Singh for sanctioning Rs 170.54 crore for the development of the Holy Devika.
Slathia said that it is the right decision taken by the central Govt. led by BJP to redress the genuine demand of the people. He said Govt. must keep check on the project so that proper use of the money can be assured and to constitute special monitoring committee. Others who were present in the meeting Ram Kishore, Surinder Paul, Kuldeep Singh, Raj Kumar, Sunil Singh, Amit Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Attar Singh and Mani Ram.
