Lunar Leap-a Commendable feat
Sir,
India has done a commendable job by making successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3 on moon. With this India has become the fourth country after USA, Russia and China to achieve this commendable feat. However, India has become the maiden country to land its Vikram lander on the South Pole of the lunar. This landmark accomplishment is attributable to relentless endeavours made by our brilliant scientists led by ISRO Chief. By achieving this feat and scripting a history, they have made every Indian proud. “India on Moon” has been a buzz word today. Making soft landing on the surface of the moon is fraught with all the challenges that have been well taken care of and ensured that nothing of the sort happened during the last fifteen minutes of landing.
When Vikram Lander touched down the lunar surface, there was unbounded jubilation at ISRO Centre. Million of Indians all of over the world watched this live on various media’s that gladden their hearts. The CAHANDRAYAAN-3 was earlier launched successfully on 14th July, 2023 from Shri Hari Kota that too was in itself a big achievement. PM despite being in South Africa was the first to congratulate the ISRO Chief for the stupendous achievement. He congratulated the whole Scientific Community at ISRO for the success of their Moon mission.
PMs inspiring words are going to be a great morale booster for all of them. The whole of India is feeling proud after this incredible achievement. This successful feat indicates India’s capabilities and capacity building to explore the vast space sector which is replete with infinite possibilities. This commendable achievement would further boost Indian scientists to achieve the next target of having a human foothold on the surface of the moon in the coming days. The space is a vast competitive world with possibilities galore. Today’s success would boost our diligent scientists to achieve further heights in the space and bring glorious movements for the nation and its people in to rejoice in future too. Hats Off to ISRO Chief and his Team of Scientists for this remarkable accomplishment.
