R. S PURA: A Lok Adalat was held on Saturday at Munsiff JMIC Court Complex, R. S Pura. The Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee, R. S Pura, Parvaiz Iqbal presided over the Bench.
During the course of deliberation, 26 cases pertaining to compoundable criminal cases were listed before the Lok Adalat, of which six were disposed off.
A large number of litigants, prominent citizens, members of Bar Association, R. S Pura and Sr. PO from prosecution agency participated in the Lok Adalat. Fine amounting to the tune of Rs 7,500 were realised during the proceedings of the Lok Adalat.
