REASI : On the basis of a complaint from a consumer, the Legal Meteorology Department (LMD) conducted checking of the gas cylinders supplied to the consumers by M/S Adhoc Reasi, Rajouri Gas Agency, main road Reasi a dealer of Hindustan Petrolium Gas Corporation Ltd.
During checking the Inspector Legal Metrology Sumit Bhardwaj under the supervision of Asstt Controller Legal meteorology found that the weight of sealed Gas cylinder was less by 300 grams to 1890 grams . On this the Inspector booked Plant Manager and Sales Officer . It was also found that the agency was charging Rs 100 more.
