Dear Editor,
China starts preparing its sportspersons from their childhood and adopts them, giving them all facilities, whereas our athletes wait even for a proper balanced diet. We talk loosely about ‘shining India’. The government should take some practical and concrete measures to improve the sports infrastructure at every level. The medals will not always come just ‘by chance’.
