Dear Editor,
Encroachments on government and private land have become a routine affair. Encroachments on vacant plots along the roads and dumping of all kinds of waste material are common all over. The ongoing Swachh Bharat Abhiyan demands that encroachers should be sternly dealt with and exemplary punishment(s) should be imposed on defaulters.
