JAMMU: Irked over larger than life size portrait of Health Minister Lal Singh on a government sponsored flex despite standing Supreme Court directions against the use of pictures other than the President and the Prime Minister of India on official advertisements, some agitated persons defaced the hoarding prominently displayed at the entrance of GMC hospital’s outpatient block.
The GMC management embarrassed over the issue had no option but to remove the hoarding and place it in a shanty corner of the hospital complex, much to the amusement of onlookers.
