In exercise of powers vested in the Government of Jammu & Kashmir under Section 10 (a) of the Financial Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2000, Kusum Badyal, JKAS, Secretary, in the Industries & Commerce Department is hereby nominated as Director on Board of Directors of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Finance Corporation.
