KATHUA: Police on Saturday arrested a kerosene depot owner for black-marketing the oil to truck operators. Accord-ing to a report, it was reliably learnt that one kerosene depot owner namely Parshotam Lal son of Shiv Ram resident of village Khanpur (Marheen) is illegally selling kerosene oil to truck owners instead of distributing the same to the locals of the area. On this police raided and seized truck No JK-02R/0833 in which kerosene was filled and arrested depot owner. A case vide FIR No-222/2016 under section 3/7 EC Act registered. The raid was conducted by SI Braham Dev (In-charge Police Post Marheen with SHO Rajbagh Insp Ajay Jamwal under supervision of SDPO Border Ravail Choudhary and Neeva Jain SSP Kathua.
