Education is the fundamental right of children in the democratic country India.
The Ministry of Human Resourse Development
(Government of India) has established so many KVs in the J and K State; but so far the backward Tehsil of Billawar is deprived of the same.
The public of area highlighted the demand before its representatives so many times who only gave assurance that matter is under consideration but did nothing till date.
I therefore apprise through this medium to Jetendra Singh Union Minister of State ( Independent Charge) of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences etc. and also MP of Udhampur Parlimentary Halqa to look into the matter personally and consider the genuine demand of public for opening of KV in Billawar area in the interest of people as soon as possible.
