JAMMU: Master Aditya, a Class V student of KC Gurukul Public School, represented the State in 15th National Rope Skipping Championship 2014 and won gold medal.
Organised by Rope Skipping Federation of India, the championship was held at Gujarat. He has beaten his competitor by 126 points in Speed Hop under 11 Category.
Other two participants Master Aryan Tejasv and Master Paras Mangotra got the certificates of participation.
The untiring coaching given by Rajesh Kumar brought the laurels to the school.
Academic Director of the School, Vijay Puri congratulated the winner and appreciated the efforts of the coach.
The Chairman, while addressing the recipients, said that they have not only done proud to the school, they have made J and K State a shining star in the Rope Skipping Championship at national level.
