SRINAGAR: The KAS Association has deeply condoled the sad and untimely demise of ACD, Kishtwar, Yasir Arafat, who died in a tragic car accident at Kishtwar on Tuesday.
The association has described the demise of Arafat a great loss to the State as he was intelligent, honest and noble human being. The association has extended sympathies and solidarity with the bereaved family on this irreparable loss and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, the association has also conveyed its gratitude to the Jammu Divisional Administration for quickly arranging the airlifting of deceased to SKIMS, but unfortunately he breathed his last before taking off.
