JAMMU: The Grand Finale of the event Fashion Cult-2016 organised by Kala Parkhi-The Art People was a big hit. The event was a dual contest pertaining to modelling and group dancing.
After conducting auditions in Jammu and its outskirts the Grand Finale of Fashion Cult- 2016 was held at Gujjar Charitable Trust Channi. The limelight of the event was celebrity guests from Mumbai including Arya Dharmchand Kumar, model and actor, and Smita Ganesh Hirlekar, model, actor, singer and a yoga expert.
Kavinder Gupta was the Chief Guest while Rajesh Gupta, Nishikant Khajuria and Sahil Aggarwal were the Guests of Honour. Besides, Ashok Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Sanjay Gupta, Kusum Tikoo and J.R Sharma were the Special Guests.
The winner of group dance contest was Street Rocker from Samba and modelling contest was won by Vasbi Chandan (Female) and Akshay Chambyal (Men).
Taniya Jamwal was the 1st Runner-up, Chakshita 2nd Runner-up in female category while award of Photogenic face was won by Pallak Arora and Diva Chakshita whereas Narender Singh remained 1st Runner-up and Ashish Sandu 2nd Runner-up besides Naresh Kholi and Roshan in men’s category.
The event was supported by Urga Singh, The Performer (NGO) and was managed by Sugandhi Goel from Trived Event Management. Outfits were provided by Vineetta Sehgal of Perfect Outfit Boutique.
