JAMMU: All J and K Sad Guru Kabir Sabha (Jammu) will celebrate Kabir Jayanti on 2nd June, 2015 in collaboration with Bhagat Maha Sabha and Megh Sudhar Sabha. This was stated by the President, All J and K Sad Guru Kabir Sabha, F.C Bhagat in a meeting held here on Sunday.
In the meeting, the agenda for general elections of the State Executive body was also discussed. Bhagat emphasised for early elections as admissible under the constitution of the Sabha. He said that election should be conducted at regular intervals for the smooth functioning and betterment of the community.
The Chairman of the Sabha, Mula Ram announced that general election of the Sabha will held soon after the celebrations of Kabir Jayanti.
Others who attended the meeting include Senior Vice President, G.R Bhagat; Girdhari Lal, Prof. Ashok Bhagat, District President Jammu, Pradeep Kumar; District President Reasi, Dev Raj; District President Kathua, Babu Ram, Chaman Lal, Dr. Surjeet Bhagat.
