JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association shall hold selection trials for the 48th Junior National (girls) Kabaddi Championship to be held at Patna in Bihar from September 1 to 4. “The three-day selection process shall take place at Green Fields ground, Gandhi Nagar from August 6 to 8t. Those eligible players have been advised to report the venue at 4 pm on the given date,” informed General Secretary of the Association, Surinder Mohan Gupta. The eligibility shall be 65 kg and below body weight and below or 20 years of age as on September 4, 2022. Players reporting for the trials need to bring along two passport size photographs, photocopies of their Aadhar Card, Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India registration Card, domicile certificate of J&K, Medical Fitness Certificate and negative report of Covid Test. “Those who have not registered with the AKFI will not be eligible to participate in the said trials,” general secretary further said.
