JWAM starts indefinite Jan Andolan over NIT issue

JAMMU: Jammu West Assembly Movement led by its President Sunil Dimple started indefinite Jan Andolan, in protest against the brutal Lathicharge on the non-local students at NIT Srinagar.
Sunil Dimple, president JWAM, criticised Union HRD Minister Samrti Irani for her silence over the NIT issue campus.
He also took dig at Chief Minister Mahbooba Mufti and Deputy CM Dr Nirmal Singh for their open refusal of shifting the NIT from Kashmir.
Dimple announced that strong protest will be held on 19th April on the demand of shifting NIT to Jammu on the visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jammu.
He said all the non local students have migrated from Srinagar and boycotted the exams due to threat to their lives and careers.
Dimple appealed to all the organisations and the people of the Jammu region to unite as it is the fight of national forces against the anti nationals.
Sham Saroop Gupta, Harbans Tondon, Som Nath sharma, Ravinder Mishra, Raman Gupta, Sham Saroop, Dev Raj, Vijay Khjuria, Rakesh, Manik, Vipan Mukesh, Ashok Khana, Raj Kumar Kulwant Sharma and Bansi Lal were also present.
