JAMMU: Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir, Acting Chief Justice, High Court of J and K, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at the Raj Bhavan on Monday. This was the first meeting of Justice Mir after taking over as Acting Chief Justice of the High Court.
The Governor and Chief Justice Mir discussed issues related to the functioning of the sub-ordinate judicial system and the reforms required to be made for ensuring speedy delivery of Justice, reducing the number of pending cases in the courts at all levels and other measures to introduce transparency and speed.
