JAMMU: Justice Bansi Lal Bhat on Friday took oath as permanent judge of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
The oath was administered by Chief Justice Mahesh Mittal Kumar here.
The oath-taking function was attended by Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, Justice Tashi Rabstan, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, senior advocates, members of the Bar and judicial officers of the district judiciary.
60-year-old Justice Bhat was appointed as Additional Judge of J-K High Court on 08.03.2013 and was appointed as permanent judge of the High Court on 22.09.2014. (PTI)
