Junk foods—A matter of concern

The junk foods are the pejorative term for food containing high levels of calories from sugar and fat with little protien,vitamin or mineral(nutrional value).
The food is taken enormously all over the world especially childrens. Its accessebility in market has enormously expanded the rates of childhood obesity and overweight.It has been discovered that in stomach various microbial species exhibits that keep the body to battle against obesity, diabetes, provacative gut conditions, coronary illness and so on. Junk food executes these microbial species promoting expanded level of occurence of overweight etc. Childrens are facing crippling illnesses and shortened lives.The high-levels of fat and sodium can contribute to heart disease by raising
blood cholesterol levels and contributing arterial plaque build up. It can also cause mood swings and even constipation. Avoid junk foods and be the compelete user of organic and healthy foods that are nutrionally rich.prevention is better than cure. Let us choose to save our society while we still have the chance.
