JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association on Monday selected 24-members State junior boys and girls teams which are leaving for participation in 41st Junior National Kabaddi Championship scheduled to be held from 26th to 30th December, 2014 at Manjeshwar, Kerala.
The President of the Association, Anil Gupta distributed sports kits to the selected teams in the presence of office bearers Kuldeep Kumar Gupta General Secretary, Anil Modi Press Secretary, Surinder Mohan Gupta Joint Secretary, Dinesh Gutpa District Secretary of Jammu District Kabaddi Association and members of the selection committee members S. Dharmjeet Singh, Ankush Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, Sanjeet Kumar, Sangram Singh and Manik Sharma.
GIRLS: Juhi Charak (Captain), Monika Verma (Vice-Captain), Anjali Sharma, Sakshi Slathia, Priya Bhagat, Anjana Devi, Rigzin Angmo, Amritpreet Kour, Ayushi Ujjwal, Kiran Rawat, Kajal Devi and Sonia Devi.
BOYS: Lucky Sharma (Captain), Gagandeep Singh (Vice Captain), Avtar Singh, Raveet Singh, Gourav Gupta, Aashish Gupta, Guneet Singh, Rohit Kumar, Rajan Bhau, Rajinder Singh, Kush Kerni and Ahmed Raza.
The team is being accompanied by Ankush Gupta NIS Kabaddi Coach, Anuradha Bhagat (Manager), Surinder Mohan Gupta and Ashwani Kumar.
