JAMMU: Jammu Sanskriti School has organised a workshop on Teacher Training under the guidance of Principal Shuchita Gupta.
Dimple Anilm consultant TeacherSity was present as a resource person. The workshop was organized to make the teachers aware of various techniques of planning the lessons.
Nearly 20 teachers attended the workshop.
Dimple Anil guided the teachers that main motive of the lesson is to understand “what the student should learn”, “what the child will be able to learn” and “what will be the outcome”. At the end the teachers must check whether he or she is successful in achieving that outcome. Teaching should be according to the level of the child.
She further said if child is not understanding, it is not the fault of child rather fault in methodology of teaching.
“Child is like mud we can mould him any way. If planning is perfect teaching automatically become perfect,” she said.
