JKPS Panjtirthi students attend cultural event at Mubarak Mandi

JAMMU: The students of JK Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi attended a cultural event at Heritage site Mubarak Mandi organised by Directorate of School Education in collaboration with Art and Culture Department under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
Several speakers shared their views regarding the harmful effects of drugs and highlighted that it is one’s moral obligation and duty to help society to end this menace. Jakiians were enlightened about the drug abuse and its devastating repercussions.
Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah lauded, “Our Heritage, Our Pride”.
She further remarked, “Drug addiction is one the gravest issues that our youths are facing these days. The youth of India is intelligent and promising. Their enthusiasm and energy should be put to good use and such programmes leave an everlasting impact on the new generation and that is the need of the hour.”
She appreciated and thanked the organisers for holding such a thoughtful event.
