JKPS Kunjwani shines in inter-zonal district level badminton competition

JAMMU: JK Public School, Kunjwani, has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in sports. At the Inter-Zonal District Level Badminton Championship held on 26-27 May 2025, at MA Stadium, Jammu, Team JKPS delivered outstanding performances.

Akhilesh Adhyan Singh and Mayukh Sharma showcased exceptional skill and secured second position each in the U-14 Boys category. Adding to the school’s accolades, Samved Choudhary emerged as Winner in U-17 Boys Category.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society and School Principal Rajesh Rathore expressed immense pride in the students’ achievements, stating, “Our students’ success at the district level underscores our commitment to nurturing talent and promoting sportsmanship. We are dedicated to providing our students with opportunities to excel both academically and in extracurricular pursuits”.
They also lauded School Badminton Coach Lokesh Sarma and HOD (Sports) Subash Chander for preparing the students for the competitions.
