JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani always strives to make the students scale greater heights and reach the pinnacle of success, thus inculcating a sense of responsibility and commitment among the students so that they can learn to shoulder responsibilities and march stridently with heads held high gracefully.
The right training begins early here at JK Public School Kunjwani, where students are guided and moulded at early stage. With this extent, the investiture ceremony for session 2023-24 was organized on Thursday, at JK Public School Kunjwani.
A spirit of dynamism and unity filled the air. The renditions of the school song surrounded all along. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Raj Daluja, Chairman JK Educational Society and Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society.
The Investiture Ceremony is a solemn occasion wherein all the students are well prepared to don the mantle of leadership and responsibility and carrying it out with utmost dedication. The elected students had passed through a series of interviews, before being elected.
The School Principal Rajesh Rathore, in his address, apprised the students about their roles and responsibilities. He advised the members of the elected council to work judiciously and wisely to raise the repute of their alma mater to greater heights.
The newly elected council stood gracefully as the sache ceremony began by the Chairman, Raj Daluja, Director Shashi Chaudhary and Principal Rajesh Rathore. A spirit of unity & dynamism filled the grand ceremony. The newly elected council pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the Institution, when they received the flag, badge and sache from the Chief Guest. The Head Boy, head Girl, Sports Captain and House Captains stood tall while holding the flags of JKPS and pledging to bring laurels.
It was a proud moment for all the parents to witness their children being entrusted with great responsibilities while embarking on the path of leadership. The Chairman advised the students to uphold the legacy of the school and always walk on the right path and be the change they wanted in the school, as they had ample responsibilities to shoulder.
Head Boy Angad presented vote of thanks. With the flag held high and heads standing tall, the ceremony culminated with the national anthem.
