Held in the Nelsum Millenium Hall of JKPS Kunjwani campus, the event witnessed an enthusiastic participation from parents who attended as couples and engaged in a variety of fun games and activities designed to promote bonding and laughter. From spirited dance performances and melodious singing to playful team games, the atmosphere was filled with energy, joy, and mutual appreciation. School music maestro Amit stole the show with his brilliant compering, sense of humour and versatility.
Adding grace to the occasion were esteemed dignitaries Raj Daluja, Chairman of JK Educational Society; Shashi Chaudhary, Director; Rajesh Rathore, Principal of JKPS Kunjwani; and Shivangani Pandotra, Coordinator of Toddlers’ World. Their presence added warmth and significance to the celebration.
In his address, Principal Rajesh Rathore remarked, “Parents are the first educators and the constant source of love and support for our children. Celebrating Father’s and Mother’s Day together strengthens the bonds within our school community and reminds us all of the shared commitment to children’s success and happiness. Today was a beautiful reminder of family’s power to inspire and nurture.”
The event was also met with heartfelt appreciation from the parent community. One parent shared, “This celebration was truly touching. It gave us a chance to connect deeply with our children’s experiences and to feel appreciated as part of their educational journey. The workshops were enlightening and will help us support our kids better.”
Another parent expressed his joy and stated, “A child’s emotional well-being begins at home, and the strongest foundation we can offer is the love, respect, and understanding between husband and wife. When children grow up witnessing a nurturing bond between their parents, they feel secure, valued, and inspired. Such an environment doesn’t just make them happy – it shapes them into confident, compassionate, and emotionally resilient individuals, ready to face the world with kindness and strength”.
The celebration reached its crescendo with a soulful recital of the National Anthem, followed by cheerful photo sessions, refreshment, and a renewed sense of togetherness among the JKPS Kunjwani family. The event not only created cherished memories but also reinforced the school’s commitment to holistic education rooted in strong family and community values.
