JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani Girls (U-17) Football Team won Inter-Zone District Level Football Tournament and the JKPS Girls (U-14) Team won the Runners Up Trophy in this Tournament, held at Khel Gaon Nagrota.
Both these shining teams were part of Satwari Zone Team. The tournament was organized by the District Youth Services and Sports, Jammu.
A total of 11 girls from JK Public School Kunjwani played in the football team U-17 and the proud winners are Divya, Kashvi, Samridhi, Ishika Pal Koul, Harshita Gupta, Aakriti Singh, Gunika Sharma, Ruhani, Kanshika Heer, Suhana Wani and Aliza Fatima.
A total of 08 girls from JK Public School Kunjwani played in the football team U-14 and the proud winners are Pratima Sharma, Anaya Sharma, Abha Sharma, Adhya Balotra, Mannat, Karen Sambyal, Omera Khan and Rhythm Roy.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society and the school Principal Rajesh Rathore congratulated and felicitated both the teams in the special assembly of the school and also appreciated the Schoo Coach Eliza Sotra and HOD Sports Subash Chander for preparing the teams and for bringing laurels to the school.
