JKPS Kathua excels in National Karate C’ship

KATHUA: JK Public School (JKPS) Kathua excelled in All India National Tenshinkan Karate-Do Championship held at JKPS Kunjwani recently.
In this national competition more than 450 students
from 15 states of India
participated.
In all, 69 students from JKPS Kathua participated and clinched 39 medals including eight gold, 11 silver and 20 bronze. Gold: Adavaya Pathania, Ashmita Jasrotia, Aryan, Anamika, Saviya, Ayush, Parth and Mridul.
Silver: Adhiraj Singh, Dilwagh Singh, Anurag Saini, Niharika, Abhigya Jasrotia, Sahil, Mohan, Devang Verma, Rithyam, Akhil and Vivek
Bronze: Mahim, Sourab Singh, Surya Partap, Pranav, Smarth, Shivdeep, Mohd. Sohrab Alam, Ramneek Kour, Bhavya Magotra, Piyush Pathnia, Raveen Dogra, Adtiya, Arav Sangral, Hardeep, Palak, Tejasvi, Bhakti, Nitin, Yugveer and Nehal.
Chairman, Ashoka Group of Institutions, Kamal Gupta appreciated the efforts of the students and the coach.
