JAMMU: To draw the attention of Governor, N.N Vohra towards prevailing situation of the J and K State, J and K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) on Sunday staged protest demanding dissolution of present BJP-PDP Government and imposition of Governor Rule in the State. Led by Zonal President JKNPP, Neeraj Gupta, the activists assembled in front of party headqrters and raised slogans against the state coalition government.
Gupta said that the present government is incapable of maintaining peace, law and order in the State as it has failed to control the killing of innocent and put a check on the activites of separatist and militants.
“Army, security forces and minority people are being targeted and attacked by the terrorist and the mob but the government advised security forces to handle the situation with patience,” he added.
Gupta said that Governor Rule is the only way to let the State come out of presnet tense situation.
