JAMMU: The Parliamentary Board chaired by Harsh Dev Singh MLA and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) selected Kesar Parveen to contest from R.S Pura (SC) Assembly Constituency. She is the first lady candidate nominated by the Panthers Party.
Recipient of several State and national awards, she has been working as an active member of Panthers Party since 2004.
The other candidates from Jammu Rural district contesting as Panthers Party candidates included Pt. Ghansham Sharma Shastri (Bishnah), Ashok Randhawa (Suchetgarh), Pushvinder Singh Manhas (Akhnoor) and Vilakshan Singh Advocate (Nagrota).
