JKMEF for implementing 7th Pay Commission in J&K

JAMMU: President, Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF), Sushil Sudan, on Thursday strongly condemned the indifferent attitude of J and K State Government towards the government employees by ignoring their wellbeing and not granting the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission rather forced to wait for another two more years by quoting excuse of financial crunch.
“The salary of Legislators and Ministers is doubled in a single stroke without any sign of financial crunch or crises,” he said in a meeting held here on Thursday.
Sudan urged the government to implement the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission at the earliest otherwise the employees are left with no other option, except to adopt the path of agitations. Others present in the meeting were Vinod Sharma, Jarnail Singh, Bharat Bhushan Bhagat, Manjeet Singh, Dalip Choudhary, Vishal Sharma, C.L Koul, Mohd. Saleem , Sandeep Whadhera, Anoop Singh, Suresh Gupta, Ved Pal Saini, Vishal Patil, Shafket Hussain, Harpal Singh, Ch. Aslam Bhai, Kulmeet Singh, Kulraj (Bittu), Neelam Kumari, Amarjeet, Kanta, Kamla Devi, Rohit Seth and Pawan Jamwal.
