JAMMU: The Overall trophy All J&K Inter-school Rope Skipping Championship 2022 was won by Carmel Convent Higher Secondary School and the runner up was won by KC Gurukul School.
The Championship was concluded at International Delhi Public School, here on Friday Jammu .
Championship was organized by Rope Skipping Association of J&K In collaboration with International Delhi Public School Sunjwan , Jammu.
More than 350 students from various school of city participated in the event.
The event took place under the supervision of Danish Sharma-Technical Director, Rope Skipping Association of J&K as well as National A Grade certified Rope Skipping Referee comprising technical team-Harsh Vardhan Raina, Anirudh Verma,Sinia Abrol, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Saddam Hussain, Gaurav Kumar, Rudrakshit Gupta, Harsh Sharma, Nitish, Pranvi, Bhavna Gupta, Appu Jamwal, Rahul Bansh, Rishika Sharma and Manish Gill.
The overall administration and management was taken care by Tarsem Sharma, Founder Rope Skipping Association of J&K , Madhu Abrol – School Manager and Rachita Dutta.
Opening ceremony was attended by Chief Guest-Yasha Mudgal-, Secretary, Cooperative Department, Guest of Honour- Ranbeer Singh- SSP, Special Guest-Tarun Uppal- Chairperson Nirbhay Bharat, Swarn Singh Choudhary-MD (Finance) IDPS and Randeep Wazir – Principal , IDPS.
The closing ceremony was graced by Chief Guest-Sunil Kesar- KAS, Guest of Honour- Gul E Surkhab-International Ju-Jitsu Medalist, Special Guest-Sunil Kumar Sawhney a prominent social activist and Shilpa Mahajan-Principal, Shubh International School, Akhnoor.
At last students were facilitated for their brilliant performance and their hard work.
