SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday reported 147 fresh Covid cases– 26 from the Jammu division and 121 from the Valley, thus taking the total number of positive cases to 477931 in the Union Territory.
According to the daily Media Bulletin, out of 477931positive cases, 1051 are Active Positive, 472098 have recovered and 4782 have died; 2350 in the Jammu division and 2432 in the Valley.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases during the past 24 hours, the Bulletin informed that in the Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 44 cases Budgam 30, Baramulla 20, Kupwara 07, Anantnag and Ganderbal 06 cases each, Kulgam 03 while Shopian and Bandipora districts reported 02 fresh cases each and Pulwama district recorded one case. Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 21 cases, Rajouri and Poonch 02 each, 01while no fresh case was reported in the remaining districts during this period.
