JK Public School Kunjwani shines in district level judo and karate competitions 2024

JAMMU: In the Inter-school District Level Judo Competitions, held from May 6 to 9, 2024 at Nagrota, JK Public School Kunjwani got two gold and four silver medals.
The winners include Divyanshi Damral (Gold Medal), Taniya Thapa (Gold Medal), Harshdeep Singh, Rishi Mahajan, Saba Choudhary and Navreet Kour (Silver Medal each). In the U-17 category, Divyanshi Damral and Taniya Thapa have been selected for State level Championship.
In the Inter-School District Level Karate Competitions, held from May 6 to 9, 2024 at MA Stadium, JK Public School secured 04 First Positions and 05 second Positions. The Winners are Harshvardhan Sharma, Aayush Khajuria, Udhyotini Jamwal and Omya Sharma got the first position each. Nirbhay Singh, Vaibhav Choudhary, Samridh Khajuria, Kritika Sharma and Adhya Balotra stands at the second positions.
Both the aforesaid events were organized under the banner of DYSS Jammu.
Rajesh Rathore, Principal JK Public School congratulated all the winners and felicitated them in the school assembly. The Principal also lauded the School Judo Coach Ashwani Kuar, Karate Coach, Gopal Dass and HOD (Sports) Subash Chander for training the students.
