Jammu: To instill a cosmopolitan culture in its students, JK Public School (JKPS) Kunjwani organized special assembly programmes to sensitize students towards living in harmony in a diverse society.
Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated at JK Public School, Kunjwani to enlighten the students about the spirit of festival as well as to instill and evolve the universal values of brotherhood, tolerance, peace, compassion, and solidarity in our children.
To commemorate the occasion of Eid Ul Fitr, students highlighted the importance of the festival as well as the universal message of peace and harmony it spreads around.
The soul-touching performance from the school choir practised under the guidance of music maestros, titled ‘Moula Moula, Moula Mere Moula’ transported the audience into a blissful oblivion.
The mellifluous recital by the students resonated in the atmosphere of sprawling JKPS campus and enthralled every one with its appeal to re-affirm our faith in the supreme power.
This presentation depicted Eid in its true sense, giving a didactic message to imbibe its values in our life. The entire school celebrated the spirit of joy and peace.
Principal, Rajesh Rathore applauded the school choir and the humongous efforts put in by the students and teachers to make it cherished forever. He got so much moved by the powerful lyrics, musical composition and the passionate recital from the choir group that he himself recorded the entire rendition, zooming in every singer for an enlarged view.
He accentuated the fact that all the religions perpetuate the similar tenets and wished “Eid Mubarak” to all. Everyone enjoyed being a part of the celebration.
