JAMMU: JK Public School Kathua organised an inter-House music competition ‘Swar Utsav- 2014’ in the school premises.
Director JKPS Kathua Sankalp Kamal was the Guest of Honour on the occasion. The four houses i.e. Perfection, Progress, Freedom and Peace competed with each other. It was an event in which immense hard work was put in by all the participants, the house mistresses and the concerned teachers, to emerge victorious.
Among all the houses, Freedom House won the first position, followed by Progress House and Peace House.
In his address, Principal, Anil Pathania applauded the efforts of the students and teachers and said that such competitions provide an opportunity to students to display their talent. He congratulated the winners and further added that “Winning is not everything, but the effort to win is”.
