JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Police shall be playing against District Football Association (DFA) Srinagar in the final of the 25th State Football Championship, organised by J and K Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Ground, here tomorrow at 3:00 PM.
Earlier, in the second semifinal, played today, DFA Srinagar outplayed local Jammu club of Churchill Brothers 4-0. It was Musharaf, who created all the difference and helped the visiting side of DFA Srinagar to make it a big win on way to the final.
Leading by a goal, coming through Musharaf, in the first half of the play, DFA Srinagar improved the score adding three more goals. Yasir brought in the second goal while third and fourth goal netted by Musharaf.
In tomorrow’s final, Director General of J and K Police, S.P Vaid has consented to be the Chief Guest while ADGP (Armed) and Secretary, State Sports Council shall be Guests of Honour.
