JAMMU: In a display of exceptional skill and determination, the Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Fencing Sabre team secured a noteworthy silver medal at the 67th National School Games of India, held in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
The event, which brought together young talents from across the nation, witnessed an outstanding performance from the J&K contingent.
The winning silver medalist team from J&K comprised four outstanding fencers – Devkaran Singh Jamwal, Vansh Raina, Vinayak, and Atulaya.
These young athletes showcased remarkable teamwork and individual prowess, earning accolades from spectators and fellow competitors alike.
Notably, Devkaran Singh Jamwal, a standout performer from the J&K team, also secured a Bronze medal in the Individual Sabre event, further adding to the state’s achievements in the prestigious tournament.
