JJSF appeals Guv to roll back ‘new recruitment policy’

JAMMU: A meeting of Jammu Justice Secular Forum (JJSF) was organised today by Clinton Sharma and Farman Malik, Provincial Vice Presidents at GGM Science College which was chaired by Atul Sudan, State Vice President and Vikram Singh Chib Provincial President. The meeting was attended by the hundreds of students of various colleges and activists of JJSF. Various issues related to the student community in particular and general masses of the Jammu region were discussed during the meeting.
Addressing the meeting Atul and Vikram resented the non-inclusion of Jammu city in the list of Smart Cities which was announced by the BJP led NDA government in the Centre. They said that, the Jammu city would have been included in the list of Smart cities but unfortunately our city was ignored either deliberately by the central leadership of BJP or local leadership of BJP failed to project the issue at Centre.
Clinton and Farman while addressing the meeting highlighted the various issues of the student community and said that the previous BJP-PDP Coalition Government of J and K thrown the youth and student community of the state into stress and depression by adopting various anti-youth policies like new recruitment policy.
They appealed to the Governor to roll back or scrap the illegal, illogical and anti-youth new recruitment policy, which can bring sigh of relief for the youth and student community of the State.
During the meeting, the members of JJSF pledged and resolved to fight for the rights of the student community and general masses of Jammu region under the dynamic leadership of Advocate Pushvinder Singh Manhas, State President and Founder Member of JJSF.
It was further resolved to take up the genuine issues of the Jammu region, whether related to student community, youth or general masses at regular intervals and consistently at appropriate forum.
JJSF appealed to the Governor to dissolve the Assembly so that the uncertainty prevailing in the State ends as no political party is in position to form government.
Other prominent persons who were present in the meeting include Aakash, Mathur, Lalit, Anirudh, Kuldeep, Prince, Sudhanshu, Sahil, Sunny, Ritesh, Shivam, Sagar, Vijay, Shiva, Lokesh, Aman, Avinash, Sachin, Vivek and Javed.
