RAMNAGAR: Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region, Dr. Jitendra Singh on Sunday inaugurated T20 State Championship in the memory of Swami Shree Balraj Bharti Ji ( Top Wale Maharaja Ji) at Raja Ram Singh Stadium, here.
MLA Chenani Dina Nath Bhagat, Vice President Business Association Ashok Gupta, President Akhand Jyoti Committee Ramnagar, Viney Jandial, members of Shiv Lok Committee-Ganesh and Raju and President Ramesh and Ramnagar Youth and Sports Complex Incharge Kewal and Rishi Gupta were also present.
Ramnagar Cricket Committee President Sachin Gupta and Chairman Mohammad Tahir and executive members Sham, Viney, Makhan and Kaka presented memorandum to Dr Jitendra demanding construction of a mini stadium at Ramnagar and renovate the Sports Complex building Ramnagar.
Dr Singh assured Ramnagar Cricket Committee to take up the matter with President, Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), A.S Micky and State Sports Minister to construct Mini Stadium at the earliest.
