JAMMU: While thousand others took part in the eighth edition of AU Jaipur Marathon on 5th February, 2017 to spread the message of fitness and a healthy lifestyle, four persons from Jammu also ran to touch the finishing line.
There was an overwhelming participation of around 60,000 people from India and abroad. The person participated from Jammu were Pritam Kumar (below-35), Dillwar (below-45), Sanjay Saini (below-55) and Rajesh Padha (55+) categery.
All four athletes from Jammu finished the full Marathon and kept the state flag high.
Rajesh Padha, who is now a well entrenched marathoner of Jammu with, stood third in his category.
