Jammu-Poonch NH blocked at Tai bridge

NOWSHERA: The family members of one Chaman Lal son of Bachitru Ram, resident of Tai Bridge, Nowshera, blocked the road against installation of a Langar for Budha Amarnath Yatra which is commencing from 9th August, 2016.
Mandir Committee Mangla Devi like every year tried to install a Langar near Tai bridge which was opposed by Chaman Lal and his family members as they claim that the Mlagar is established near to the bridge to be theirs but in actuality it is Govt land.
They started stone pelting on the members of Mandir Committee and workers due to which one person was injured. The injured identified as Deepak Raina son of Rashpal resident of Seri, was immediately shifted to Sub District Hospital Nowshera.
The family members of Chaman Lal blocked the road demanding vacation of their so called land by the Langar committee. Immediately on receipt of information the SHO Nowshera Mohd Bashir alongwith his team reached the spot and taking action against them under section 107/151 RPC for causing injury to the people and blocking NH, opened the NH and asked the Mandir committee to continue their Langar for Budha Amarnath Yatri.
