JAMMU: Judicial Members of Special Tribunal Sanjay Parihar on Monday allowed the revision petition of elected board of directors of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank (JCCB) and set-aside the order of Registrar Cooperative Societies whereby it was ordered that the affairs of JCCB shall be looked-after by Joint Registrar (Admn) Co-operative Societies J and K.
Judicial Members of Special Tribunal Sanjay Parihar after hearing Advocate Vikram Sharma appearing for the elected board of Directors whereas Senior Advocate U.K Jalali for the President Multipurpose Cooperative Society whereas AAG M.A Chashoo appearing for the Registrar Cooperative Societies, observed that the impugned order of 6th May, 2014 suffers from grave impropriety and has been passed in exercise of jurisdiction that could not have been involved at very initial stage of proceedings without giving opportunity of being heard to the parties and thus failure in this regard has caused miss carriage of justice and with these observations Court set-aside the order of Registrar Co-operative Societies.
