SRINAGAR: The Jal Shakti Department today elevated 22 Assistant Executive Engineers as Executive Engineers and adjusted them against various vacant posts.
An order was issued to this effect by Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti, Shaleen Kabra today.
Jal Shakti Department under the charge of Minister Javed Ahmed Rana has recently seen massive elevations against vacant positions after the minister put special focus on the efficient cadre management of the Department.
Several SEs and XENs have already been elevated in the last two weeks to strengthen the positions at the higher level in the cadre of the Department.
As per order, the Assistant Executive Engineers who have been Executive Engineers on Incharge basis included Sanjeev Gupta, Gowhar Nabi Khan, Shuja Showkat Hussain, Bharat Vikas Sharma, Nitu Sharma, Muzamil Maqbool, Rafiq Ahmad Bhat, Niyaz Ahmad Ganai, Vishal Thappa, Neelofar Jan, Sumeet Sharma, Peer Manzoor Ahmad, Ishfaq Hamid Wani, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Irshad Majid Shah, Abid Hussain Khan, Pawan Deep Singh Soni, Safeena Gul, Harish Chander, Sohaib Yousuf, Javaid Ahmad Kurpal and Aijaz Rafiq. Further, transfers/postings of I/c Executive Engineers are hereby ordered, as temporary stop-gap arrangement, with immediate effect:
Sanjeev Gupta has been posted to Irrigation Division, Akhnoor; Gowhar Nabi Khan to PHE Division Chadoora; Shuja Showkat Hussain to Irrigation & Flood Control Division Srinagar; Bharat Vikas Sharma to PHE Division Doda vice Sudesh Kumar. He shall hold the additional charge of the posts of Irrigation & Flood Control Division Doda and Irrigation & Flood Control Bhaderwah, till further orders.
Nitu Sharma has been posted to On deputation to HUDD; Muzamil Maqbool to Water Supply Master Plan Division Srinagar; Rafiq Ahmad Bhat to PHE Division Kupwara; Niyaz Ahmad Ganai to PHE Division Budgam; Vishal Thappa to PHE Division Poonch vice Rajeev Ghai. He shall hold the additional charge of the post of Irrigation & Flood Control Division Poonch, till further orders.
Neelofar Jan has been posted to Technical Officer to Chief Engineer, Irrigation & Flood Control Kashmir; Sumeet Sharma to JKWRRA; Peer Manzoor Ahmad to Irrigation Division Tral. He shall hold the additional charge of the post of Irrigation Division Pulwama, till further orders.
Ishfaq Hamid Wani has been posted to Spl PHE Division Kulgam; Fayaz Ahmad Bhat to PHE Rural Water Supply Division Ganderbal; Irshad Majid Shah has been posted to JKPDC; Abid Hussain Khan to Irrigation & Flood Control Division Baramulla; Pawan Deep Singh Soni to Mahore Irrigation Division Dharmari; Safeena Gul to Irrigation Construction Division Pampore; Harish Chander to Hydraulic Division Ramban; Sohaib Yousuf to SMC; Javaid Ahmad Kurpal to Flood Spill Channel Division Narbal; Aijaz Rafiq to Water Works Division, Srinagar; Surinder Mohan Paul from Shahpur Kandi/Ranjit Sagar Dam Project to PHE Division Samba; Sanjay Nagpal from JKPDC to Irrigation Division Kathua; Abnish Kumar from UT of Ladakh to Flood Control Division Kathua; Abdul Rashid Wani from PHE Division Shopian shall hold the additional charge of Irrigation Division Shopian till further order.
Sudesh Kumar has been transferred from PHE Division Doda to PHE Division Rajouri; Hafizullah Reshi from Irrigation Division-II Jammu to Tube Well Irrigation Division, Jammu; Ashwani Khajuria from PHE Division Rajouri to Sewerage & Drainage West, UEED, Jammu; Gopal Sharma from PHE Division Nowshera on deputation to HUDD; Jatinder Kumar from Irrigation & Flood Control Division Nowshera to PHE Division Nowshera; He shall hold the additional charge of the post of Irrigation & Flood Control Division Nowshera, till further orders.
Naresh Kumar has been transferred from Technical Officer Chief Engineer, RTIC Jammu and posted to PHE Division Reasi; Saleem Jahangir from PHE Division Kupwara to Sewerage and Drainage Division-1, UEED, Srinagar; Rajeev Ghai from PHE Division Poonch to Irrigation Division-II Jammu; Des Raj from PHE Division Qazigund to Irrigation Division-I, Jammu; and Syed Fida Hussain Rizvi from Irrigation Construction Division Pampore to PHE Division Qazigund.
