JAMMU: A guest lecture was organized in JK College of BBA.
Chirayu Wadke, Head of Business Development at Google Cloud JAPAC was the resource person.
Chirayu spoke eloquently on the topic “Building Successful Careers” and his journey in Google, GPay, GoogleWifi.
He opined the students with the tips and insights into career opportunities.
He guided them to go through 18 months economic cycle and re-assessment after pursuing a career in industry.
He also stressed that self fulfillment is the most important aspect of person’s career, apart from his role in the company, he needs to consider what he can offer to society as well as what he expects to receive. He encouraged the students to read the book “The Start Up of You” by Reid Hoffman which will help them to build a better career.
It was highly interactive and informative session for the students. The queries of the students related to the professional success were well answered by Chirayu Wadke.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director, J K Educational Society urged the students to follow the advises given by Chirayu Wadke, to brighten up their professional life. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks.
