India’s internal security and challenges-Any country can move forward on the path of progress only when its citizens are safe in their own country. The feeling of insecurity not only makes life difficult for the citizens, but it also adversely affects the peace and order of the country as well as its progress.
To strengthen internal security, a conference of Chief Ministers of all the states of the country was organized under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister in January 2009 and February 2010, in which the situation of internal security and necessary actions to deal with its threats were discussed in detail.
After this, many measures were taken by the government to strengthen the security system of the country. These include making the National Investigation Agency functional, setting up four National Security Guard Hubs to ensure quick and effective response to any possible terrorist attack, enhancing the capacity of the Intelligence Bureau so that it can function round the clock, Central These include increasing the capacity of paramilitary forces and strengthening coastal security.
For the internal peace of the nation and protection from external enemies, prompt resolution of these internal security challenges is absolutely necessary. Nothing can be done about this through government efforts alone, every citizen will have to come forward and try to stop it. If we Indians get divided for some reason, then seeing our mutual disunity, other countries will try to usurp our freedom. Therefore, it is the duty of every citizen of India to be ready to make every sacrifice and sacrifice to maintain its unity and integrity.
