DODA: To promote sports amongst youth, army organized Inter-Village Volleyball League which was inaugurated Second in Command, RR Bn Doda at Sports Stadium, here on Thursday.
In all, 24 teams from remote villages of Doda are participating in the competition.
The tournament is being organised to promote volleyball as a sport in the remote regions of J and K.
Indian Army, Doda is conducting the event with all essential administrative; logistics support. Locals appreciated the efforts of Indian Army for promoting sports in the district.
