KATHUA: JK Public School, Kathua on Friday organised an Inter-House Music Competition in the school premises. The competition was categorised into two categories i.e. group song and solo song. The four houses i.e, Perfection, Progress, Freedom and Peace competed with each other.
It was an event in which immense hard work was put in by all the participants, the house mistresses and the concerned teachers to emerge victorious.
In the solo song category, Freedom House won the first position, followed by Progress House and Peace House. In the group song category, again Freedom House won the first position and there was tie for the second position between Perfection House and Progress House.
In his address, Principal of JKPS Kathua applauded the efforts of the students and teachers and said that such competitions provide an opportunity to students to display their talent.
